Max Elite is a rewards program for the most valuable customers of Max Fashion. The program comes with a host of benefits:

• Assured offers from Top brands

Customers can become part of the program by paying an enrolment fee of Rs. 399/-. The Customer will also be entitled to enrol by paying Rs.99/- which will depend on customer/s shopping history at Max stores and such enrolment shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.  The enrolment fee is non-refundable. Once enrolled into the program, customers can avail the benefits for a period of 12 months.

Terms & Conditions:

1. To enrol into the Max Elite program, customer should already be a Landmark Rewards member [LMR member]. A customer is required to share his/her name, email Id, mobile phone number and DOB to enjoy benefits of the program.
2. Max Elite is a mobile number-based program and mobile number will be the sole identifier for customer to avail benefits.
3. Max Elite program is applicable only at the Max’s stores situated in Delhi NCR city (“Stores”); and the benefits under Max Elite can be availed only at the above Max’s Stores until it is extended to other Max’s stores at sole discretion of the Company.
4. Membership into the Max Elite program is non-transferrable and enrolment fee is non-refundable. The program benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment into the program.
5. Max Elite benefits can be availed on basis of purchases made at Max’s Stores only. The benefits are not extended or applicable for purchases made at maxfashion.in or any other ecommerce/online platforms.
6. Once enrolled for membership, the Customer should download Max Buddy App in his/her mobile phone and enter OTP for verification purposes and to avail the benefits.
7. Priority billing counters are set up separately at Max stores and its availability of this benefit shall be subject to customers’ inflow at the billing counter at any given time at the Max stores. A Max Elite customer is required to show Max Elite status on Max Buddy Webapp to get billed at Priority Counter.
8. Towards Parking Fee Benefits of Rs.50/- only (per visit / per day) will be credited as Landmark Rewards points (83 points) on purchase made at Max stores and provided Max buddy QR code is scanned before generating invoice/bill. Multiple visits in a single day are counted as 1 visit. Points will be credited within 72 hours and will be valid for 60 days from the date of credit of points. Parking points cannot not be issued for the sales & return transaction done on the same day.
9. Customers who are paying Rs.399/- at the time of registration, will get Rs. 150/- X 2 Gift voucher. GV1 will be valid after 15 days of enrolment and upto 45 days of enrolment and GV2 valid from 46 days to 90 days. Customers who are paying Rs. 99/- at the time of registration, will get Rs.100/- Gift voucher, valid from 15 days to 45 days.
10. Special brand/Surprise offers will be available to Max Elite customers at Max stores through scanning QR codes at respective locations where offers are available in Max Stores. Special/surprise offers from non-max Brands /alliance partners will be given at sole discretion of Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd, and provided that such non-Max brands / alliance have kept such special / surprise offer valid from time to time.  
11. Additional 10% birthday discounts benefits will be sent through SMS or Whatsapp during the birthday month for customers where birthday information is captured as per Landmark Rewards records. In the absence of Date of Birth, coupon will not be sent to a customer. By 20th of every month, birthday coupons will be sent to all the customers whose birthday is in next month. However, if a customer’s birthday falls in the same month as that of his ELITE enrolment or if a customer enrols into ELITE between 20th to 30th/31st and has birthday in the next month, such customers will receive the coupon only after 11 months i.e., for next year Birthday. Birthday discounts shall be valid for 30 days from issuance.
12. Offer can be used only in Max stores and not applicable online/ecommerce platforms.
13. Max may, at its sole discretion and without any prior intimation, discontinue announced benefits, brands, stores from the program for any reasons beyond its reasonable control.
14. Max doesn’t provide any guarantee or warranty on the special / surprise and or alliance offers and it shall be at sole discretion of the alliance brands/non-max brands.
15. No two coupons can be redeemed on the same bill.
