Once enrolled into the program, customers can avail the benefits for a period of maximum 12 months. If customers wish to renew their membership, the renewed membership (and all applicable benefits) will be valid for 12 months post the expiry date of their current Elite membership.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Only Landmark reward program members can enrol into Max Elite program.
2. To enrol into the Max Elite program, a customer can either ask the cashier at POS to bill Elite or purchase Elite through our mobile app & website
3. Max Elite is a mobile number-based program and mobile number will be the sole identifier for customer to avail benefits.
4. Membership into the Max Elite program is non-transferable and the program benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment into the program.
5. Once enrolled for membership, you will receive an SMS to update yours & your loved one’s (limited to one) details for availing the birthday discounts. You will be asked for an OTP for login and completing all the details. Birthday benefits can only be availed once in a year each for each listed person. Birth day details cannot be changed once updated.
6. Birthday discounts (for both the enrolled customer and their loved one) vouchers will be sent through SMS or Whatsapp during the birthday month for customers where birthday information is captured as per Landmark Rewards records. In the absence of Date of Birth, coupons will not be sent. By 30th or 31st of every month, birthday coupons will be sent to all the customers whose birthday is in next month. However, if the enrolment date is within the birthday month or after 28th day of previous month (from the birthday month), the customers will receive the coupon only for next birthday i.e. after 11 months. Birthday discounts shall be valid for 30 days from issuance
7. A customer once enrolled for Elite will get 1 instant discount, 2 In-store Discount Vouchers & 1 Online Discount Coupon upon enrolment
   a. Customer will get an instant discount of Rs 250 on in-store/ online purchase of membership.


   b. 2nd discount voucher of Rs 250 will be valid on minimum shopping of Rs 999 and redeemable from the next day till 90 days from the date of issuance. This will be valid for in-store purchases only


   c. 3rd discount voucher of Rs 250 will be valid on minimum shopping of Rs 999 and redeemable post 91 days till 365 days from the date of issuance. This will be valid for in-store purchases only


   d. 4th discount coupon of Rs.250 will be valid on minimum shopping of Rs 699 and redeemable from next day till 7 days of issuance.This will be valid only for online purchase made on Max fashion India apps & mobile website (www.maxfashion.in)
8. To avail Free Delivery on Online orders, no coupon shall be required. Benefits will last till the membership ends (12 months) and will be automatically applied on checkout page for Max Elite members.
9. All discount vouchers are valid on both full price & discounted MAX branded merchandise only. External brands will not be included for voucher redemption.
10. During End of Season Sale, a preview will be showcased where Elite customers can exclusively avail Extra 10% off. This will be via a coupon code which will be shared with all Elite customers via SMS or WhatsApp.
11. During Anniversary Sale, a preview will be showcased where ELITE customers will get an exclusive discount before everyone else for a fixed period. This may be a coupon code or a direct discount applied at POS, the details of which will be shared prior to the preview sale.
12. In-store offers can be used only in Max stores and Online offers can only be used on Max Fashion India apps/website.
13. Max may, at its sole discretion and without any prior intimation, discontinue, change announced benefits, brands, stores from the program for any reasons within or beyond its reasonable control.
14. No two coupons can be redeemed on the same bill.
15. Max Elite is a non-refundable purchase.
