    • When will I receive my order?

      Orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in two to three business days, and orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered in four to five business days. During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional two to three business days to deliver your order.

    • What if I am not at home when my order arrives?

      Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us. Call us on 1800-123-1444 within one working day of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery in one to two business days.

    • Will I be charged for delivery?

      Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 999 and above. If your total order is less than Rs. 999, you will be charged Rs. 99 for delivery. If your total order is less than Rs. 499, you will be charged Rs. 149 for delivery. If you've opted for Cash on Delivery, you'll have to pay an additional charge of Rs. 30 on your order. Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

    • How do I track my order via My Account?

      It’s easy! Follow these simple steps to know your order status:

      1. Sign in to your MaxFashion.com account.

      2. Click on the drop-down menu under your name on the top of the page.

      3. Select Order History.

      4. On the Order page, click on ‘View details’ for the order you wish to track.

      5. Once that opens up, click on ‘Courier tracking #’.

    • Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?

      We're sorry, but we won't be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed. You'll need to cancel your order by calling us on 1800-123-1444 and then place a new order with the corrected address.

    • Are the prices on your website different from the prices in-store?

      Our online prices are usually the same as our in-store prices. However, we do occasionally run exclusive online or in-store promotions that may result in price differences.

    • What is your policy on returns?

      We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

      We do not accept:

      - Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear and socks.

      - Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty and skincare products.

      - Watches, sunglasses, fashion jewellery, glassware and handbags.

    • How do I return my order?

       

      1. Call us on 1800-123-1444 to arrange for a pick up.

      2. Place your return in its original packaging and make sure that all tags, accessories and parts are included.

      3. Pack it well and secure it with tape before handing it over to our courier partner.

      4. Please ask for an acknowledgment receipt after handing over the sealed packet of the product you wish to return.
